About

I went to college at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and was introduced to the Santa Maria Grill and my life was completely changed. That began my experimentation into the perfect tri-tip which has led me to try out a never ending number of different methods; Dry Age, Sous Vide, Cold Smoke, Injection, Smoking Gun, Caja China, and the list goes on. I love continuing to explore new methods and styles in order to enjoy the simplest things in life. My inspiration come from Francis Mallmann, David Kinch and Aaron Franklin.
